Dorene Weston, Full Circle Consulting Inc.

Full Circle Consulting Inc. specializes in building the capacity of non-profit organizations. The productive and enjoyable collaboration with e-NOVA Consulting began in 2004 when Elga hired Dorene to work on the ONIP.online project at Skills for Change. Since then we have worked on nearly 40 projects together.

Dorene works on her own and with a network of consultants with hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector. Clients include a wide range of non-profit organizations including networks, partnerships, private foundations, employment services and settlement agencies. Projects include facilitation, evaluation, writing, research and organizational development. From time to time, Dorene takes on interim management roles in small nonprofits.

Ryan Turnbul, Eco-Ethonomics Inc.

Eco-Ethonomics and e-NOVA Consulting partnered for the third-party evaluation of the Combined Child Care Model for CMAS, and for the research on Mitigating the Risk of Homelessness for Immigrant and Refugee Women for OCASI. They also collaborated with C. Lang Consulting on the strategic planning process for the Coalition of Agencies Serving Immigrant Seniors (CASIS).

Tammy Nielson, Creating Realities

Tammy and Elga collaborated on the research paper “Career Advancement of Internationally-educated Professionals in Corporate Canada: Gender Differences in Workplace Fit and Advancement” for Business Edge for Internationally Educated Professionals, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. In her role as a business coach, Tammy has been instrumental for the growth of e-NOVA Consulting.

Mary Ferguson, Eco Nomos

e-NOVA Consulting was a partner in the research on Mitigating the Risk of Homelessness for Immigrant and Refugee Women, led by Mary Ferguson.

Cathy Lang, C. Lang Consulting

e-NOVA Consulting was a partner in Minds at Work – a research and training development project of ONESTEP, led by Cathy Lang. Cathy and Elga also partnered together with Ryan Turnbul to conduct strategic planning for CASIS.
